After you have a baby, your body changes completely so keeping active and eating healthy is a must if you want to still rock some skinny jeans. I didn't care how much I had to hurt and work out before getting back
into mine. It was all dedication to my health and diet 24/7. And for the record, it was very hard in the beginning but it got easier with every day that passed. Running is a must if you want to get your metabolism running high and eating lots of fruits and
vegetables doesn't hurt either. It all depends on your goal and how fast you want to get there. I'm looking forward to sharing lots of fitness tips, workout routines and yummy healthy recipes that I love with you. If you want to get healthier, lose some weight
or just tone up and have more energy then your in the right place. Everything starts with the desire to change and to try a little everyday. After all, Rome wasn't built in a day...neither is a body. But eventually it gets built day by day :)
